TIP411 is a great program that allows students to report on many issues including bullying. Students text 847411 and then must start with message 707safe so the call center knows it is a message from Napa. The number is scrambled so it is anonymous. The student should be prepared for a text reply asking for more info or clarification as to which school, where happening specifically and which student. All of that is anonymous too. Students can also report via web www.tip411napa.com or in person to a teacher or counselor.
